The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, enabling them to operate efficiently, prioritize effectively, and focus on organizational priorities. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the executive.
Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
Ensure operational efficiency by managing administrative processes and optimizing workflows.
Project & Strategic Support
Conduct research, prepare insights, and support decision‑making with high‑quality information.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role, ideally supporting C‑level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and collaboration tools.
Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
