The Role:
You will be responsible for :
* Drive International Growth: Build and execute localized marketing strategies that grow awareness and sales across key European markets.
* Own Localization & Translation: Oversee adaptation of creative, copy, and campaigns for local markets so they feel native, not translated.
* Optimize Paid Performance: Partner with the U.S. paid team to tailor ads, targeting, and creative for European audiences. Track and report ROI by region.
* Collaborate on Email & Retention: Work closely with the Email/Retention team to adapt lifecycle marketing for timing, tone, and compliance across regions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with brand, creative, and performance teams to keep global and regional priorities in sync.
* Measure & Iterate: Use data to identify wins, gaps, and next steps. Move fast on learnings.
* Build for Scale: Spot process or tool gaps that hold back international growth and propose practical solutions.
Ideal Profile:
* 8+ years in marketing, including leadership of international or multi-market campaigns.
* Deep understanding of European markets, consumer behavior, and cultural nuance.
* Strong background in performance marketing, localization, and content adaptation.
* Proven ability to collaborate across time zones with a U.S.-based team.
* Hands-on experience with paid media and creative review.
* Comfortable in a lean setup where strategy and execution overlap.
