Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring transparency on performance, risks and value delivery, and contribute to the Medium‑Term Plan (MTP), aligned with Tractebel’s strategic roadmap and financial trajectory /li liTarget Operating Model (TOM) governance: Adapt and deploy the Digital IT Delivery Model and organization, ensuring coherence with Tractebel’s broader service lines guiding principles and enabling effective end‑to‑end accountability; /li liFoundations for Cloud, Data AI: Lead, architect and implement the enabling foundations (Cloud strategy platforms, data governance and data foundations, AI stack) required to scale secure AI adoption and digital capabilities. /li liCompliance, standards, vendors talent: Ensure regulatory compliance (incl.
