Demonstrating deep knowledge of Microsoft Solutions and offerings across the entire life cycle, with a focus on opportunity management, leadership and technical governance, to drive transformational results and enable the realization of business strategy for Microsoft partners and customers.This team works closely with the Microsoft product engineering and marketing teams for Modern Work, Business Applications, and Security to develop assets that help Microsoft scale partner capacity and accelerate usage of Microsoft Solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner Program Support – Work directly with partners to drive technical pre-sales motions with Microsoft Business Applications / Power Platform Workshop Materials; understand the customer/partner technical environment; architecture design and deployment including technical solution development based on customer/partner needs.Intellectual Property and Practice Development – Generate and improve intellectual property; curate content to align with messaging and intent from the partner marketing team; drive reuse of IP and recommend practices for pre-sales and delivery; participate in internal/external communities.Trusted Advisor – Develop a network of internal/external relationships to address problems and blockers; stay up to date on Microsoft technologies to communicate Microsoft’s mission and capabilities; understand competitor solutions and steer conversations to business value.Thought Leadership – Share ideas and technical input with technical teams and the field; participate in external architect community events and mentor junior colleagues.QualificationsSkills Required:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud, applications, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud technology (Dynamics / Power Platform / Azure/ GCP/ AWS)OR Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND solid experience in cloud, applications, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (Azure/ GCP/ AWS)OR equivalent experienceExtensive experience in enterprise environments with a strong background in solution architectureProven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, particularly focused on Business Central implementations and transformationsThe Solution Architect Should Have The Following Core CompetenciesSolid functional and technical understanding of D365 line of business applications including D365 Service, Sales and Customer InsightsAdvanced Customization & Configuration: tailor Business Central using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Integration Expertise: integrate Business Central with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems via APIs/connectorsAI-Driven Process Automation: design AI-powered automation workflows using Power AutomateExperience in complex migrations from on-premises to cloud for small and medium enterprisesLead multidisciplinary technical teams and own technical project outcomesAdvanced technical selling and customer management skills5+ years of implementation experience in a broad range of industriesProven experience selling product and consulting engagements in competitive situationsExperience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of workAbility to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and integration approaches across platformsWorking knowledge of tools and solution providers (Microsoft partners or competitors)Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologiesExceptional consulting skills; large enterprise deployment experience in complex heterogeneous environmentsAbility to move between high-level architecture and hands-on deliveryAdditional QualificationsDomain experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure; understanding of how Security, compliance, and identity solutions span across these areasExperience writing or contributing to design documentation using Azure DevOps; wireframe design for custom appsExperience presenting complex topics to executive and technical audiencesKnowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and support of cloud/hybrid environmentsAbility to identify business needs and determine solutions for process improvements and strategic planningRelationship building with senior IT executives in large or strategic accountsStrong collaboration and communication skills; ability to present to varied audiencesMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
