Your mission
As Senior Corporate Key Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and further developing a portfolio of corporate key account clients in the Belux region.
Starting from a long-term vision, you ensure the continuous optimisation of services within your client segment. You act as a true caretaker and strategic partner for your clients, working closely with them to create sustainable value for both the client and the organisation.
You are part of the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Key Accounts.
Key responsibilities
* Promote and develop the organisation’s services within the corporate segment in Belux
* Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients in Belgium and Luxembourg, including the preparation and follow-up of annual account plans
* Actively contribute to the commercial development of new services, from market positioning and value propositions to indirect sales
* Support the development of the annual sales budget and commercial forecast plans
* Build strong collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Solutions, Contact Center, etc.)
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the sales team and ensure constructive collaboration with all stakeholders
* Represent clients and/or the sales team in internal and external projects, taking the lead where relevant
* Develop and manage several sales projects per year in line with client planning
* Monitor market trends and stay alert to future developments
* Actively network and manage relationships, requiring a certain degree of flexibility
Candidate profile
Education
* Master’s degree
Languages
* Trilingual: Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
Experience & expertise
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, within a services-oriented environment
* Proven track record in managing and growing corporate key accounts
* Experience with change management processes, internally and/or externally
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com
* Highly results-driven, comfortable with figures and data analysis
* Strategic thinker, able to develop and communicate a clear vision to clients and colleagues
* Mobile and willing to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg
