* Manage and optimize ERP systems, support business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), and coordinate enhancements with users and vendors
* Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance, working with global teams and vendors (not hands-on engineering)
* Ensure smooth IT service delivery, manage vendors, and maintain SLA performance
* Partner with local leadership and global IT; lead IT projects and manage budget

* 7-12 years IT experience with exposure to infrastructure, ERP, and cybersecurity
* Experience with SAP or Infor in industrial/manufacturing environment
* Strong coordination and vendor management skills (not required to be deeply technical hands-on)
* Fluent Thai & English
