Operational Account Manager
who will be part of the
Customer Service team
and reports to the
Customer Service Manager. This role combines operational ownership, client management and coordination and is a key position between Customer Service, Operations and clients. The Operational Account Manager acts as a
point of contact within Customer Service alongside the Customer Service Manager
and
temporarily assumes this role during absence or increased operations. You will manage client assignments end-to-end and ensure smooth execution between clients, inspection teams and laboratories. Important: This is a
24/7 operational role, requiring flexibility and availability outside standard working hours depending on operational needs.
Client Ownership Primary contact for assigned clients Full ownership of client accounts and operations Build and maintain strong client relationships Operational Coordination Manage assignments end-to-end Coordinate with planning, inspection teams and laboratory Resolve operational issues and escalations Ensure quality and timely delivery Ensure accurate and complete handling of client files across the full process, from job intake through to invoicing Customer Service role Point of contact within Customer Service alongside the CS Manager Temporarily assume CS Manager responsibilities when required Support daily coordination and operations Commercial Support Support pricing discussions and quotations Identify opportunities within existing clients Process & team development Contribute to continuous improvement and professionalization of processes Support modernization and optimization initiatives Contribute to the development and growth of Customer Service colleagues
