Plant HR Manager – CID LINES, an Ecolab Company
We are seeking an HR Manager with a strong balance of soft and hard HR competencies. This role requires maturity in stakeholder management, especially within a plant environment, and the confidence to challenge and influence when necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including employee relations, legal compliance, and strategic HR support. The position is on-site at the plant, with the option to work remotely after onboarding.

What You Will Do:
* You will lead and coordinate all HR processes on site: from recruitment and onboarding to evaluation, development, and absence management.
* You will support and advise the local management team on workforce planning, organizational staffing, internal mobility, and talent development.
* You will coach team leaders and managers in their HR responsibilities and help them grow in their role as people managers.
* You translate national and international HR projects to the local context and ensure consistent and timely implementation.
* You build constructive relationships with union partners and ensure a stable and transparent social climate.
* You provide support in social consultation, recognize potential tensions in a timely manner, and contribute to balanced solutions.
* You ensure the implementation of the Learning & Development agenda and encourage employees and teams to continuously develop themselves.
* You identify local learning and development needs and link them to the plant's objectives.
* You actively work on the optimization and harmonization of HR processes and share best practices with colleagues from other sites. You are in charge of the follow up of HR core processes such as MyEcolab case management and Workday.
* You contribute to a positive, results-oriented organizational culture in which cooperation, trust, and growth are central.
* Be an active member of the Belgian HR community and take responsibility for Belgian wide projects.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or other relevant field
* At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a production environment.
* Knowledge of Belgian social legislation and experience with social consultation.
* Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on mentality with strategic insight.
* Desire to contribute to growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
