We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead our Talent Acquisition team.

* Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to strengthen campus recruitment programs.
* Manage internship, thesis and young talent programs.
* Organize and participate in job fairs, guest lectures, and company visits.
* Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes.
* Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and excellence.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
* Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with leadership potential.
