If you have a solid understanding of compliance regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels-this opportunity is made for you!About the RoleAs a KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that financial transactions comply with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of customer and transactional data, detecting suspicious activities, and supporting the implementation of compliance policies and procedures. You will contribute to the organization's regulatory integrity while working in close collaboration with legal, risk, and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze financial transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity (e.G., money laundering, fraud).Verify and update client information to ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.Conduct customer risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases when appropriate.Prepare regulatory reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational departments to support compliance initiatives.Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and ensure internal policies are kept up to date.RequirementsA diploma degree in a relevant field.Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar KYC/AML role.Fluency in Dutch and French (native level required).Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities.Why Join Us?At Oliver James, we value people who are committed, curious, and driven to make an impact.
