Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) – International Projects & Service Center Integration
Job Description
For one of our clients active in the Aviation sector we are seeking a junior PMO to drive our portfolio of international projects, with a primary focus on the integration of global service centers. This is a supporting role that is key to our ongoing transformation, ensuring consistent delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational objectives across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-national projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
* Prepare and organize meetings, presentations and gather critical information.
* Establish, optimize, and enforce PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and standardized processes for all international project initiatives.
* Lead integration efforts for service centers across multiple countries, focusing on process harmonization, system interoperability, and organizational alignment.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, IT, operations, and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables with strategic airline goals.
* Assist on project plans, and mitigate risks for seamless execution of service center integrations.
* Track and report on key performance indicators, project milestones, financials, and outcomes for executive leadership.
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and facilitating lessons learned across global project teams.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across all regions and functions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in PMO or similar roles.
* Proven track record managing international projects, preferably integration of service centers or shared services.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (JIRA).
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
* Proficiency managing distributed teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
* Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are desirable.
