🔍 Your Role
As a Test Officer/Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Life Insurance applications. You will work closely with a Test Coordinator and collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver robust and stable solutions.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to System Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and test cases
* Prepare test plans, test data, and testing strategies
* Execute tests and ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines
* Identify, log, track, and retest defects
* Analyse requirements and proactively highlight gaps or inconsistencies
* Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and traceability
* Contribute to continuous improvement, including test automation & AI-based testing
🧠What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst / Test Officer / QA Analyst
* Strong expertise in:
* Test design & execution
* Defect management & reporting
* Requirement analysis & impact assessment
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
* ISTQB Certification (mandatory)
* Interest or exposure to test automation / AI in testing is a strong plus
