Team Overview
We are building out the Payments Product team for our Brazil business and are looking for a senior Product Manager to own, end-to-end, the payment experience, wallet product, and deep integration with Brazil's local financial infrastructure (Open Finance and Pix). You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Finance & Settlement, Local Ops, and Regulatory Affairs to ship compliant, scalable products in a highly regulated market. This is a core role in our Brazil payments strategy.

* Support iterations on the wallet product and various payment scenarios.
* Participate in the planning and delivery of Pix‑related products and provide insights into product decisions.
* Collaborate on Open Finance capabilities, from data sharing to payment initiation (ITP / AISP), and contribute to innovations such as account aggregation, smart debit, credit assessment, and personalized growth use cases.
* Work with Finance, Settlement, and Compliance to maintain consistent money flow, information flow, and accounting flow, and support wallet fund safety, refunds, and dispute handling (chargeback / MED).
Role Qualifications
* 3+ years of product experience in payments, wallet, or fintech, with a good understanding of the Brazil or Latin America market; relevant project experience is a plus.
* Solid grasp of payment experience fundamentals.
* Exposure to wallet/account products (Stored Value / e-money / Conta de Pagamento), with awareness of BACEN’s framework for Instituição de Pagamento (IP) and Conta de Pagamento Pré-paga, as well as AML/CFT, tiered KYC and transaction monitoring.
* Familiarity with the Pix ecosystem; experience contributing to Pix integration or related products is a plus.
* Understanding of Open Finance Brasil phases, API standards, participants, consent flows, and ITP / AISP roles; experience in payment initiation or account aggregation projects is a plus.
* Background at Brazilian fintechs, banks, acquirers, or large internet platforms (e.g., Mercado Pago, Nubank, PicPay, PagBank, Stone, Cielo, Rede, 99Pay) is preferred.
* Working proficiency in English; proficiency in Portuguese; and knowledge of Mandarin as a cross‑team working language.
We reinforce that this position is open to everyone, including pregnant people and people with disabilities (PwD).
