Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (ITSS) to join a high-levelVIP support team within a prestigious institutional environment in Brussels.This role requires a strong service mindset, professionalism, discretion, and theability to operate in a politically sensitive and high-visibility context. The consultantwill provide first and second-line IT support to end users, including VIP stakeholders,ensuring premium service quality and rapid issue resolution.
Profile requirements:Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (1st & 2nd line)Strong Windows & Microsoft Office knowledgeITIL V4 Foundation (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)Fluent English & French.Comfortable working in a high-visibility VIP institutional environment
