As Advisory Technology Consulting is growing, our ambition is to grow in our Microsoft BizApps practice. We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Manager to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise, a hands-on approach, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Your impact
As a Dynamics 365 Finance Manager, you'll make an impact by:
* Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare .
* Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.
* Advising stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
* Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.
* Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
* C onfiguring and customize D365 Finance modules ( Ac c ounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc. ) .
* Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.
* Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants.
* Ensure solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and project methodology .
* Act as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.
About you
* You have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance .
* You have a strong Finance functional knowledge.
* You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
* You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.
* You have experience working with Power Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.
* You have excellent communication skills; able to engage with C-level stakeholders and end users.
* You have strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
* You are fluent in English (and Dutch/French is a must ).
