Job Description:
As a Work Planner/Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising maintenance works or technical projects. Your primary goal is to ensure that work and production processes run smoothly.
* You will plan, organize, and monitor maintenance activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with the planning and production manager to schedule maintenance work and optimize production processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Manage daily work operations and monitor both internal and external employees to ensure safe, efficient, and qualitative work practices.
* Handle administrative tasks related to work files, create work orders in the CRM system, and report internally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
* Strong electrical and/or mechanical knowledge, as well as experience working with motors and electrical components.
* Excellent hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge, with the ability to share your expertise with colleagues.
* Proficiency in Autocad or Inventor software.
* The ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks.
