Job Overview
The Site Supervisor ensures efficient and effective execution of the on-site project scope, in line with the company's QSHE standards and project management methodology.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure safe site execution in line with QSHE standards and local regulations.
* Prepare and coordinate site activities, including mobilization of labor and equipment.
* Supervise subcontractors and assembly teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and escalate when needed.
* Manage site administration, cost follow-up, reporting, permits, and documentation.
Key Requirements
* Experience in on-site supervision within industrial or construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of safety standards and site compliance practices.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
* Strong organizational skills with clear communication and reporting abilities.
Compensation: €60–70K gross per year (depending on experience), company car, fuel card, net allowances, travel allowances, phone and subscription, meal vouchers, group- and hospitality insurance, CAO 90 Bonus, laptop.
