We are currently partnering with a leading international dental manufacturer to support their search for an EMEA Product Manager – Special Markets (DSO), a strategic role focused on driving growth across Europe and the Middle East.
Our client is a well-established, family-owned organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer focus. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead development within key segments including DSOs, tenders, and governmental accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies for special markets across EMEA, aligned with business growth targets.
* Create tailored solutions for DSOs and key accounts, combining products, services, and education.
* Support regional sales teams with product expertise, pricing strategies, and marketing tools.
* Collaborate with product teams to optimise portfolio offerings and improve customer workflows.
* Drive marketing and educational initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
* Monitor performance and analyse sales data to support strategic decision-making.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the business at industry events.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in product management or sales, ideally within dental or healthcare.
* Degree in Marketing, Product Management, Dentistry, or equivalent experience.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working across international markets.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel across EMEA (10–20%).
