Leading technical workshops and stakeholder interviews with business and IT teams.Mandatory Skills:Deep expertise in IAM / IGA market solutions: SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, OktaExperience with JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes and access governanceKnowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, KerberosProven experience in IAM maturity assessment and reference architecture designExpertise in role modeling (RBAC, ABAC) and access policy designExperience in multi-entity environments resulting from mergers and acquisitionsAbility to handle specific use cases for non-desk users (blue-collar, frontline workers)Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills / Certifications:CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor certifications (SailPoint, Okta)Experience with Zero Trust ArchitectureKnowledge of industrial / OT environments
