Job Description
As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering a warm, professional and efficient welcome and departure experience. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of from check-in to check-out, reflecting the standards and values of Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
2. Proficiency in English, Dutch and French
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
6. Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera Cloud) is a plus
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

9. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
10. Handle reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in line with company policies

13. Manage incoming calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner
14. Process payments and maintain accurate records
15. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
16. Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
