The Cloud Infrastructure team within SIM/MST builds and manages Proximus’ private and hybrid cloud platforms. We provide a stable, secure, and scalable environment for business‑critical services. We achieve this through data analysis, automation, and close collaboration with engineers, architects, and product teams.
Your role
As a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst Intern, you will contribute to a mix of technical, analytical, and communication‑focused tasks. You will support the team with:
1. Capacity, cost, and infrastructure analyses
2. Creating dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, SharePoint)
3. Automating repetitive tasks (PowerShell, Python, low-code tools)
4. Lifecycle and migration projects
5. Keeping documentation up to date and supporting ITSM/CMDB processes
6. Creating short, clear, and visually engaging technical updates

7. Cost and usage analyses
8. Power BI reporting
9. Right‑sizing and optimization initiatives
10. Automation through flows and scripts
Communication & Content
11. Creating short videos and visual content
12. Presenting workflows and updates in an attractive and clear way

Your profile
Who are we looking for?
14. Bachelor or Master student in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or a similar field
15. Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus
16. Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (VMware/OpenStack), Power BI, Excel, ITSM/CMDB, PowerShell/Python
17. Curious, analytical, communicative, and creative
18. A team player who can also work independently
