About the PMO Team
The PMO is part of Service & Integration Management (SIM). We are building a new, modern, and data‑driven PMO model. Our mission: bring structure, provide clear reporting, and introduce smart automation to enable better decision‑making.
Your Internship
As a PMO Portfolio & Automation Intern, you will contribute to a visible transformation project within SIM. You will combine reporting, automation, data analysis, and communication.
Your Tasks
1. Automation & Reporting (main focus)
2. Contribute to the automation and rollout of new PMO reporting
3. Collect, structure, and validate data
4. Improve dashboards, templates, and reporting tools
5. Experiment with AI to make reporting more efficient
6. Portfolio & Governance
7. Support the PMO in tracking ongoing initiatives
8. Prepare materials for portfolio meetings
9. Document processes and guidelines
10. Communication & Change
11. Assist with communication about new PMO processes
12. Create clear and visually appealing materials
13. Collect feedback and suggest improvements
14. Ideation & Intake
15. Contribute to developing a unified intake process for new initiatives
16. Analyze current processes and propose optimizations
Your profile
Who are we looking for?
17. Student in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Data, or similar
18. Strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint; interest in data, AI, and automation
19. Bonus: Power Automate, dashboards, low‑code tools
20. Structured, eager to learn, and communicative
21. Team player who can also work independently
22. Good command of English; Dutch/French are a plus
