What is the role?


As an ICU Account Manager, you will be responsible for the products within the ICU departments across hospitals in Wallonia. This includes both existing and potential new customers. Your focus will be on providing high-quality service and support while driving business growth and ensuring optimal patient care.


Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with the Product Specialist (visit patients), ensuring the products meet their needs and improve their quality of life. You will be the face of the company in hospitals, managing contracts and fostering strong relationships with key departments such as ENT and ICU. Your ability to identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare professionals in the fields of Laryngectomy and Tracheotomy will be crucial to your success.


You will develop and execute a detailed Key Account plan. Your proactive approach will ensure that you stay ahead of market trends, continuously updating your knowledge on products, diseases, customers, and competitors.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience;

• ICU experience is essential, either as a nurse or in a relevant commercial role;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven mindset;

• Strategic and analytical thinker;

• A team player with the ability to work independently;

• Fluency in French, English and preferably Dutch.
