Sales Manager Global Sweet Specialties - Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for growing the Sweet Specialties portfolio in Benelux. This role reports to the VP Sales Lead - Global Sweet Specialties.
The main focus is to grow with existing customers and acquire new ones across all market segments, using the appropriate Route-to-Market (direct or indirect).
This role requires a deep understanding of the Sweet Specialty portfolio, products, and applications, including chocolate specialties. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customer intimacy, key account management skills, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and execute a profitable growth strategy for their scope/territory through market mapping. They will also be responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new customers via direct and indirect routes, as well as growing share and new applications at existing customers through cross- and upselling.
This role requires excellent commercial, negotiation, and solution-selling skills. The candidate should be familiar with Salesforce.com for driving growth and customer intimacy. Strong proficiency in English is required, with Dutch and French being native or capable of handling complex negotiations.
