Your Key Responsibilities
* Promote our portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
* Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
* Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
* Act upon needs of customer within range of service possibilities
* Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas
* Differentiate Sandoz as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs, specialists, and pharmacists
* Understand and highlight trends, share field/market insights with management
* Participate in educational and scientific events towards HCPs
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
* Experience in using digital platforms
* Fluent in French and English
