Whether you are at the beginning of your career or a confirmed expert, your enthusiasm and creativity are essential to continue innovating and supporting our clients.IBGraf Group has 60 highly qualified employees spread across 7 sites around Liège, Luxembourg and Wavre.The company offers various solutions for entrepreneurs, fiduciaries, and SMEs, without being exclusively linked to a software publisher.What do we expect from you?Within the administrative team, we will ask you to:Handle phone receptionReceive customer requests and enter them into the ticketing systemSchedule appointments for our employeesDispatch requests to the relevant teams (helpdesk, sales, etc.)Manage customer orders and act as the contact person for our suppliersEstablish invoicingEnsure follow-up of orders and invoicingQualities and skills we are absolutely looking for:Good knowledge of Dutch is a significant asset.Hold a diploma related to the positionHave innate ease in telephone contactBe highly rigorous in carrying out your tasksHave the ability to prioritize tasks and manage peak periodsKnow how to anticipate, ask the right questions, and effectively prepare the technicians' workBe comfortable with teamwork and collaborationBe customer-oriented and have an easygoing mannerWhy join IBGraf?Because it offers you the opportunity to thrive in a positive and motivating professional environment and to grow alongside our various projects.
