Role Description
We are seeking an (IR) Architect for a 80% or full-time hybrid role based in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The (IR) Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing innovative architectural solutions, integrating technical and design aspects, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outputs.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven ability to develop innovative and functional designs.
* Project Management skills, with a focus on leading multidisciplinary teams, meeting deadlines, and achieving project objectives.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
* A degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
* Previous experience with projects in complex buildings is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in relevant design and project management tools; experience with BIM and similar technologies is an advantage.
