The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a B2B or multinational setting. You will be responsible for executing our global CRM roadmap, boosting user adoption, ensuring data quality, and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities:
* Shape and roll out our global CRM roadmap in close alignment with business priorities
* Drive user adoption through targeted training and communication
* Safeguard high-quality customer data across regions and platforms
* Deliver actionable dashboards and provide strategic recommendations based on customer behavior, pipeline trends, and performance metrics
* Partner across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to embed a customer-first, data-driven mindset
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Transformation
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools
* Strong grasp of commercial processes and performance metrics
* Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working
