Your responsibilities
Reception:
* Welcoming visitors physically and by telephone
* Handling calls, mail and deliveries
* Helping to organise meetings (preparing rooms, coffee, equipment, etc.)
Logistics & technical support:
* Stock control (office supplies, equipment)
* Small basic interventions: e.g. leaky tap, chair to be tightened
* Coordination with suppliers or the technical department if necessary
* Team support: solving practical problems, following up internal requests
Profile
* You speak French and English (minimum professional level required)
* You are versatile, practical and solution-oriented
* You are recognised for your reliability and your sense of service
* You have good interpersonal skills, like to help and are able to exercise discretion
* You are punctual, organised and able to deal calmly with the unexpected
