* Provide daily technical support to end users and ensure the proper functioning of computers, network equipment, and printers.
* Diagnose and resolve application issues while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
* Manage IT assets, track inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
* Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security systems, and antivirus solutions.
* Perform first‑level troubleshooting for scheduled server backups, system monitoring tasks, and routine reporting.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
* Upper intermediate English communication skills
* Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
* Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN, and switching fundamentals
* Experience with Windows Server administration; exposure to Linux servers is an advantage
* Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a plus but not mandatory
* Familiarity with configuring network devices (Cisco equipment preferred)
* Ability to create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and knowledge-base articles
