Context: To continue IKOS’s growth in Belgium, we are recruiting site engineers & site leads keen to take part in our railway and energy missions throughout the country. Responsibilities: Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, and safety standards. Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and subcontractors to align execution with technical specifications. Support logistical planning, resource allocation, and on-site progress tracking to maintain project efficiency. Provide hands-on technical assistance and oversee quality control during construction and installation phases. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical, electromechanical, civil, construction, or industrial engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness and flexibility to split time between on-site supervision and support for planning tasks. Fluency in either Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other; proficiency in English is also required. Plus: You have some hands-on experience, or some experience as a site engineer.
