Role Overview We are looking for a .NET Angular Technical Lead / Architect to define and maintain the global .NET Angular architecture within our organization. You will act as the technical reference for .NET Angular practices, guide development teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and set the direction for tools, frameworks, and best practices. You will also play a key role in resource management, including recruitment, skill development, and mentoring of internal developers. This dual role makes you both a technical leader and a team enabler, ensuring robust solutions and a strong developer community. Key Responsibilities IT & Architecture Define the global .NET Angular architecture for projects in line with standards and future evolution. Select, standardize, and support tools, components, frameworks, and libraries. Define development standards, guidelines, best practices, and DevSecOps approach. Provide technical support to developers and act as the point of contact for all .NET Angular-related questions. Troubleshoot and resolve application/project incidents. Stay updated on the latest industry developments through technology watch. Collaborate with cross-domain experts (infrastructure, network, security) for integrated solutions. Resource Management Participate in recruiting new developers. Develop and strengthen the skills of internal developers. Assign developers to projects based on expertise and priorities. Monitor developer performance and growth. Profile / Requirements : Technical Expertise .NET stack (C#, Entity Framework, WebAPI, Console jobs, MS SQL Server): min. 10 years. Front-end (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Blazor WebAssembly): min. 5 years. Web platforms (IIS, Web Farms, load balancing): min. 5 years. Identity & Access (IdP, Hybrid Identity, ADFS): min. 2 years. Object-Oriented & Design Patterns (IoC, DI, SOLID): min. 5 years. Unit Testing: min. 5 years. DevOps (NuGet, NPM, TFS, Git, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, Jira): min. 5 years. Networking & Security: min. 5 years. Proven experience defining development standards, guidelines, best practices, and DevSecOps approaches: min. 2 years. Leadership & Team Management Minimum 10 years as a .NET Developer. Minimum 10 years as a Technical Lead in .NET environments. Minimum 10 years as a .NET Architect. At least 5 years of team management experience, including recruitment, task assignment, and coaching/mentoring. Languages Dutch: Intermediate (B2 – comprehension).
