Role & Responsibilities
As Commercial & Analytics manager, you act as the internal counterpart to the Sales Managers in Belgium and the Netherlands. Your mission is to translate commercial strategy into structured processes, clear data insights and smooth execution.
Your Impact
Commercial Performance
* Turn sales strategy into structured execution and measurable results
* Drive forecasting, budgeting and margin analysis
* Transform data into clear insights and management-ready dashboards
* Support pricing strategy and promotional planning
* Ensure commercial agreements are accurately reflected in SAP and BI systems
Operations Excellence
* Safeguard a smooth order-to-delivery flow
* Act as key contact for wholesalers and logistics partners
* Coordinate new product launches from data setup to go-live
* Optimize processes, pricing structures and commercial data
* Contribute to SAP improvements and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Logistics
* Provide data-driven recommendations to Sales Managers and leadership
* Support change initiatives and commercial projects

We are looking for a candidate who combines analytical strength with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and numerical skills - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
* Able to translate data into actionable insights
* Good communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented and eager to learn
* Fluent in Dutch and English
