HR Operations Manager
, you will lead our HR Operations team and ensure that every aspect of Payroll, HR Administration, and Compensation & Benefits runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our values.
You'll combine structure and empathy, compliance and collaboration, shaping processes that empower people while supporting our growth across Europe.
Hands-on and pragmatic, you will guide your team, optimise our systems, and ensure that every employee experience is seamless, transparent, and compliant.
Your role and impact
* Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring clear roles, smooth collaboration, and a service-oriented culture
* Oversee Payroll and HR Administration for all European entities, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
* Coordinate with external payroll partners (SD Worx and international providers) and ensure full alignment with legal and fiscal frameworks
* Manage complex HR cases such as mobility, expatriation, and cross-border employment.
* Ensure consistent application of Compensation & Benefits policies (bonus programs, mobility solutions, insurances, benefits)
* Optimise HR processes and HRIS tools (Personio, payroll systems), driving digitalisation and continuous improvement
* Deliver dashboards, headcount reports, and budget monitoring in collaboration with Finance and C&B.
* Act as a trusted advisor to HR Manager, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on operational HR matters
* Strengthen alignment between corporate HR and local teams, promoting efficient and transparent ways of working
About you
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Payroll, or a related field
* 8–10 years' experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration, ideally in an international environment
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
* Strong command of Belgian labour law; exposure to other European frameworks is an asset
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
* Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic work with hands-on operational involvement
* Analytical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
* Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and genuine interest in people and sustainability
