What will you be doing in this role? Develop and maintain information systems (IS) quality control procedures. Define and provide quality plans and service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct IS quality control and performance evaluations. Deliver quality studies, assessments, and related analyses for information system projects. Define, design, manage, and report on quality tests. Provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives. Support the implementation of project management methodologies. Coordinate and oversee test campaigns. Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position? Master's degree with minimum of 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 13 years of relevant experience). At least 2 years of experience in functional/manual testing, with good knowledge of the financial and audit domain. Experience with workflow platforms such as Camunda is a plus. Knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques. Minimum 1 year of experience in information systems quality assurance and quality control practices. Experience implementing and following quality procedures. At least 1 year of experience in the information systems lifecycle. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.G., Agile). Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools. Experience in test data management using relational databases. ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent will be considered an asset. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
