We are actively seeking
a Sales Administration Executive
to join an innovative international company specializing in cybersecurity.
Based in Ghent
, you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of an existing client portfolio. You will play a key role in contract renewals, strengthening client relationships, and monitoring payments.
Your responsibilities:
* Ensure contract renewals: anticipating deadlines, follow-ups, monitoring purchase orders, etc.
* Maintain strong client relationships through rigorous follow-up of actions and related documentation.
* Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure effective customer credit control, including payment monitoring, reminders, and collection actions.
* Accurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processes.
* Update and ensure the reliability of data in the CRM and internal tools.
Your profile:
* Higher degree in business, management, or communication
* Proven experience in sales administration or B2B commercial support, ideally in the digital sector
* Ability to interact effectively with strategic and multicultural clients
* Strong knowledge of sales-related administrative processes (contracts, quotes, orders, invoicing, reporting), as well as office and CRM tools
* Excellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum); Spanish is a valuable asset
* Strong organizational, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent client relationship management with a proactive and personalized approach
* Strong interpersonal skills, focused on client retention and satisfaction
* Interest in international environments and intercultural exchanges
