FunctionPromote our client's medicines to health care professionals - specialists: neurologists ; and hospital pharmacistsDrive sales, market share and sales objectives by ensuring appropriate patients receive new treatmentCreate added value offerings (product and services) to key stakeholders: specialists, pharmacists, nurses and support them to improve patient careFormularia negotiation with hospital pharmacistsDevelop & execute account plans, based on data-driven insightsAchieve sales goals and KPI resultsUse product knowledge, targeted patient profiles to influence targeted stakeholdersProviding customer feedback and market insights (competition, campaign, messages) to internal departmentsAnalysing CRM data (Veeva)Following internal / external regulatory and compliance standards with business integrityInteraction with peers, District Managers, other cross-functional field-facing colleagues (Medical, KAM's, Marketing, Market Access, ...)
RequirementsParamedical Master or Bachelor and/or experience in healthcare industry - medical /scientific understanding and general understanding of Pharma industryProven experience as a Hospital KAMAbility to identify customer needsAbility to think strategically and outline clear solutions and action steps required to achieve objectivesSelf reflecting, receptive to coaching and actively embracing learning opportunities to deepen knowledge in therapeutic area, product, competitor and healthcare landscapeEmpathetic, active listener, actively addressing customer requests and needsMulti-channel communication and analytical skillsStrong customer relationship builder by delivering customer centric solutionsResilient and results orientedGood influencing skills, persuasive and engagingStory telling skills to structure a compelling story for different stakeholders (ex. patient centric stories, need for change of treatment approach, ..)Accountability, agility and entrepreneurshipBilingual FR/NL + good level of EnglishOfferContract of indefinite duration with attractive salary package and extra-legal benefits, in accordance to your experience.
