About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Developer / Application Architect to join a dynamic development team working on business-critical applications.
In this role, you will act as a technical authority, shaping the architectural direction and elevating development standards. You will balance innovation with stability while contributing hands‑on to the development of robust and scalable applications.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and guide architecture decisions across backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (Angular or Blazor)
* Act as a technical lead and mentor, coaching developers and promoting best practices
* Develop and maintain high-quality, business-critical applications
* Improve and optimize the software development lifecycle (tools, workflows, standards)
* Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, and project managers
* Drive adoption of modern technologies, including AI-assisted development
* Ensure clean code, performance, and scalability across solutions
Your Profile
Must-Have
* Minimum 5 years' experience in application development
* Strong expertise in .NET / C#
* Solid experience with Angular (or similar frontend frameworks)
* Experience as an Application Architect or technical lead
* Proven experience in Agile development environments
* Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Strong hands‑on experience in coding, testing, and debugging
* Dutch proficiency at CEFR level C2
Nice to Have
* Experience with Blazor
* Knowledge of API Gateway solutions (e.g. Kong)
* Experience with OpenShift or container platforms
* Familiarity with AI tools in development (e.g. Claude)
* Experience with SQL and database design
* Experience with Bitbucket
* Proven experience in team leadership and coaching
