As Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the Bolt ambassador and use your powers of persuasion to attract new private and small professional energy customers. You persuade potential customers to choose and stay with Bolt. You do this through various channels, mainly through telesales. With the support of the Telesales Team Coach, you smoothly achieve the sales targets, because you know how to convince new customers that energy can be transparent, personal and fun. This way, you help Bolt grow and change the Belgian energy market.
Responsibilities
* Your main challenge: you call potential customers and know how to get them to switch to Bolt. You help people from start to finish for the complete onboarding from prospect to customer to lifelong Bolt ambassador.
* You are up to date with what is going on at Bolt and in the energy world and can therefore have quality conversations with potential customers.
* You are the energetic voice of Bolt at local sales events and an example for colleagues to meet sales targets in a quality manner.
* You will report your sales targets weekly to the Telesales Team Coach.
