Your purpose at Stanley/Stella The Application Project Manager – ERP brings the business insight related to the specificities of our business model into projects that are strategic for the company to ensure that: a) all business drivers are captured into the future solutions/projects b) successful implementation are lead with the right priorities and in due time c) processes are optimized for total performance end-to-end and cross functional Your role and impact Represent the sponsor as the Business Owner working with the various project manager(s) to guarantee that the specificities of our business models are integrated in the project plans and deliverables. Defining business case and expected outcomes as well as KPIs to measure the success of the project. Work with the CTO and the PMO to integrate the overall financial impact, cost and benefits of selected key strategic initiatives. Represents the Sponsor and Division Heads to make sure the projects are being successful in terms of achieving the end result (deliverables), the timing and the cost perspective. Support and work closely and in full collaboration with the project Manager(s) to integrate the different elements of the financials related to the various project(s). Will constructively challenge when needed and bring options and solutions to ensure optimal and efficient direction is taken aligning business on cross functional decisions/design topics ( optimal overall design rather that optimal for one division). Be guardian of overall scope of the projects to ensure successful delivery and setting the overall business prioritisation. Advising on milestone timing and identifying critical business events/interdependencies that need to be managed. Project Management Collaborate with internal business and stakeholders as well as with external service providers in order to develop, implement, test and deploy new business requirements Support the definition of a roadmap to optimize the ERP. Work on the technology selection, define business requirements and train the key users. Change Management ( ADKAR) A : Create AWARENESS in the business on the criticality of the program D : Help the business stakeholders to move to DESIRE and mobilise the right resources K : Support the business in acquiring the KNOWLEDGE and validate that sufficient training/knowledge build up has been achieved in the Key-User (KU) and end-users A : Validate and sign-off on the ABILITY of the organization to move to the new processes and systems R : Reinforcement and continuous improvement – putting in place long term KU organisation Mobilisation of Business Team Ensuring that the right Key Users are assigned to the project as well as Ensuring that backfills are in place to free key users to focus on the program Setting up the future state sustenance organisation for ongoing evolution and optimisation of process and solutions Overall responsibilities include Validating fit for purpose of solution Validating and signing off on solution / data migration Internal and external stakeholder communication and alignment (3PM, 3PLs, Customers, Banks) Validating the completeness of testing scenarios from a business perspective Leading the KU team and resolving conflicts or escalation to CxOs as needed Go-no-go recommendations sign off Measuring benefits achieved Connect and communicate with the various key holders to perform his job in the best possible way and get support and alignment from the different parties working by influence. Support CTO and PMO in all reporting and follow up for the main initiative About you Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic project roles, with strategic ERP transformation projects as a must Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to assess ROI, cost–benefit analyses, and commercial implications. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence external partners within a complex B2B environment. Solid understanding of logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, and partner driven business models. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to implement structured processes and governance in a scaling organization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to unite diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
