We are looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst to support regulatory compliance initiatives within a major player in the financial services sector. The role focuses on bridging regulatory requirements with business and IT implementation, particularly in the payments domain.
Your missions:
* Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to payments
* Assess current systems and processes to identify compliance gaps
* Define and document business and functional requirements
* Ensure alignment between regulatory needs and existing architecture
* Act as a liaison between business, IT, and compliance teams
Your main activities:
* Requirements gathering and analysis
* Gap analysis and impact assessment
* Functional specification writing
* Stakeholder coordination (IT, compliance, business)
* Support implementation and validation phases
You have the following skills
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience in banking, financial services, or payments
* Solid knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT
* Good understanding of regulatory frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
