Your new company
You will join a well-known company in Zaventem, active in the technical sector. The marketing team currently consists of two people and they are looking to expand the team with a third colleague. On a monthly basis, you will also have meetings with colleagues from other countries to share best practices. You will work 39 hours per week with a flexible schedule, allowing you to start between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM. You can finish your workday from 4:00 PM, or as early as 3:00 PM on Fridays. After an extensive training period, one day of remote work per week is possible.
Your new role
As a Junior Digital Marketing Officer, you will support the marketing team in strengthening our digital presence. You will have a varied role where content creation, social media, and digital marketing are key elements. You will work closely with internal colleagues, product specialists, and international marketing teams.
You will play an important role in creating audiovisual content for our marketing channels.
1. You produce product videos and tutorials from A to Z: scripting, filming, editing, and post-production in collaboration with product specialists.
2. You record videos during internal events, such as job days.
3. You contribute to digital content related to trade fairs and exhibition stands.
4. You edit videos and create engaging content for digital channels.
5. You think along about new formats and creative ways to visually present products and applications.
In addition, you will support the management of our social media channels.
6. You schedule and publish social media posts according to the existing social media plan.
7. You analyse campaign and post performance and report key data and insights.
8. You help further strengthen the company’s online visibility.
In the longer term, you may also become involved in the management and maintenance of the website. You will have the opportunity to propose and develop new ideas for digital content or marketing initiatives. Personal initiatives that contribute to the company’s digital marketing strategy are highly encouraged.
Your profile
For this position as Junior Digital Marketing Officer, Hays is looking for candidates who:
9. Communicate fluently in French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
10. Have initial relevant experience in (digital) marketing.
11. Motivated graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication are also welcome to apply.
12. Have knowledge of marketing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
13. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a strong plus for reporting purposes.
14. Are social, collaborative, and eager to learn. You are creative and proactive, bringing forward new ideas and initiatives.
