All in one place.We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and countingYOUR TASKS· You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay· You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out· Besides for our guests, you're also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians· You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities· You handle the operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests· You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one· You're flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job· You work in great in a team and are not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and thenYOUR PROFILE· You have at least 1 year of experience as receptionist· You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks· You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests· You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together· You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.G.
