Work Environment
Power BI Consultant (ServiceNow / ITIL) needed to work with Fujitsu for client within EU Institutions.
Project Duration: 2-3 Months (with possibility of extensions)
Location: BRUSSELS (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)
Contract: Freelance
Education: Secondary School or higher
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Power BI and data analysis
Language: English; French is a plus.
Key Skills:
Power BI – must have (data modelling, DAX, dashboards)
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, knowledge management)
Data analysis and KPI reporting
Data transformation (ETL concepts)
Experience building automated reporting solutions
Responsibilities
Development of xphnsxz Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring
Extraction, transformation, and modelling of ServiceNow data
Support in defining and structuring KPIs aligned with ITIL processes
Collaboration with stakeholders in an international environment
Automation of reporting processes (quarterly reporting focus)
