Sales and Operations Officer
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and detail-oriented candidate to support both the commercial and operational activities of Re-Loved. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with our logistics, warehousing and marketing teams. If you have a strong commercial and operational mindset, enjoy bringing structure to dynamic environments, and believe in the Re-Loved concept, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing start-up.
Your Role:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of Re-Loved
- Create products, orders and invoices in Odoo (ERP)
- Follow up on incoming and outgoing orders, deliveries and pickups
- Handle internal coordination with logistics and warehousing teams
- Respond to client requests and manage customer communication channels
- Perform quality checks and take product pictures
- Manage product and pricing data in Odoo
- Maintain and update policy and procedure documentation
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant work experience
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
