You will join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program focused on consolidating multiple decentralized SAP ECC systems into a single, harmonized S/4HANA landscape.
Within the Logistics domain, the role focuses on warehouse and inventory processes, ensuring end-to-end integration across logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain functions in an international environment.
What you’ll do
* Lead end-to-end SAP WM / STRM / IM implementations within a global S/4HANA transformation program
* Design and harmonize logistics processes across multiple sites and business units
* Ensure seamless integration with related SAP domains such as MM, SD, PP, and QM
* Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams
* Translate business requirements into robust SAP configurations and technical solutions
* Produce structured documentation, blueprints, and configuration specifications
* Execute and support system testing, validation, and defect resolution
* Support change requests and operational tickets when project capacity allows
* Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior consultants when applicable
Requirements
* You have minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP WM / STRM / IM
* You have led end‑to‑end SAP WM / IM implementations, preferably in transformation or migration contexts
* You have strong experience integrating WM / IM with other SAP logistics and manufacturing modules
* You are skilled in blueprinting, documentation, and structured solution design
* You are comfortable working in custom‑built and template‑based SAP environments
* You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
* Experience with SAP EWM
* Debugging skills in SAP environments
* SAP certification(s)
* Experience in international, multi‑site programs
* Exposure to large‑scale S/4HANA migration or harmonization initiatives
Terms
Contract: Freelance or Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until end of 2026 (extension possible)
Location: Hoboken, Brussels, and Olen.
Onsite presence: Minimum 3 days per week onsite
Travel: Occasional (approx. 10–20% if required)
