Job Summary
Lead indirect cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives related to culture and employee communications ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals, values and culture model. This role requires a strong focus on developing and implementing detailed action plans and measuring impact enhancing employee trust, commitment and experience. Serves as internal consultant and collaborates with others on change management processes to drive change adoption and a positive culture.
Essential Functions
Culture Transformation Initiatives and leadership initiatives:
Supports in assessment of culture and directly develops and implements detailed culture change action plans that drive engagement, alignment with company values and desired behaviors on designated initiatives. Uses multiple methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and others to understand organizational dynamics, values and culture to generate insights into factors that hinder or enable company strategy and goals. Creates, develops, implements and reports in writing and verbally on results of culture surveys throughout the year. Generates specific communication and employee engagement initiatives relative to culture. Works with cross functional teams to implement initiatives across the company. Monitors progress of execution and impact, and report on progress regularly. Collaborates directly and constantly with other department colleagues to ensure all initiatives are integrated and consistent with culture, communications and employee experience.
Change Management
Collaborates with HR teams to execute organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining a positive culture. Applies change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to develop and implement effective change strategies. Assesses organizational-teams' readiness for change and develops plans to address resistance and build support strategy. Plan and participate in change management initiatives lead by other teams, communication plans and developing materials to manage employee needs. Ensure compliance and execution of objectives, provide documentation, progress reporting, plan review, and delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Enhance Employee Experience And Internal Communications
Creates compelling content (e.g., newsletters, intranet articles, videos) that resonates with diverse employee audiences, promote company priorities and reinforces key messages. Champions employer brand roadmaps in partnership with Marketing and Corporate Communications by implementing targeted employee experience and Enterprise Community Groups enhancements. Utilizing employee data creates plans to improve and impact employee experience, participation, satisfaction and brand perception through touch points, engagement activities and varied resources. Ensure quality and lead internal communications efforts to enhance intranet and other communication channels in collaboration with Triple-S and GuideWell communications groups.
Stay Informed, Results And Achievements
Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver results-driven culture change and internal employee related communication initiatives. Curate and update the Culture Dashboard and Communication Calendar. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of culture and communication initiatives. Participate with the team in results analysis, make data-driven recommendations, and proactively support continuous improvement strategies. Keep up to date with new trends, best practices, and research. Anticipate needs from our internal and external stakeholders. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, employees, and external partners, to drive culture change and communication initiatives.

Experience
Master's degree preferable or bachelor's degree, with 10+ years of experience in senior executive level within health care industry preferable.
