Working closely with our leadership team, you will participate in developing client's
strategy and delivering the technical roadmap.
* You will be responsible for simulator operations and the service delivery to our customers, including:Leading simulator operations and supervising the activities of assistant Simulator Operators.
* Developing and integrating simulator systems, including the vehicle models, tyre models and track models
* Optimising the simulation environment for performance, robustness and user-friendliness
* Collaborating with our modelling team to develop the physics model of our customers' vehicles and their subsystems
* Managing and maintaining the simulator facility, working closely with our partners and suppliers
* Assisting and mentoring the simulator team, and leading technical programmes
Your profile
* Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience with the development and utilisation of DiL simulators, ideally within a high-level motorsport environment
You should be an expert in several of the following areas:
* DiL simulators and real-time operating systems
* Motion Cueing developments
* Model integration, fitting and correlation
* HiL integration
* Control systems
* Vehicle system modelling
* Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, Python, xphnsxz C/C++, and familiarity with vehicle modelling and simulation environments such as Speedgoat,
* Concurrent, dSpace, Modelica, Dymola is beneficial
* Customer-centric approach whilst representing the company's technical expertise in simulation technology
* Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently with a very high attention to detail
* Stress-tolerant, open-minded, innovative, and a team player
* Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, French and German are a plus
* Willingness to travel, as required
