About the role:
As a HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Country Partner and you will provide administrative support to the local HR department during your summer job assignement.
This is a 1 - month summer job opportunity for students and we are open to consider candidates located in Nivelles' area with the possibility to commute daily to our Belgian offices.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Digitization of all personnel files: reorganization of paper files, scan and organize into electronic files
2. Create an archiving system
3. Create paper and electronic files for new employees
4. Classification and archiving of different documents
5. Archive staff files
Qualifications:
6. Student available for 1 month during the summer period
7. Knowledge of Pack Office
8. Language skills, with as a minimum proficiency in the English and French languages
