We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Data & Insight who is strategic, forward‑thinking, and inclusive to join our Global Supply Chain Excellence team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium
About the role:
In this senior global role, you will shape and execute the enterprise‑wide Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Insight strategy for Supply Chain. You will build a modern, AI‑driven ecosystem that drives decision‑making, strengthens operational excellence, and unlocks business value across Patient Supply and Global Supply Chain. You will lead teams, elevate data governance, and ensure the availability of high‑quality, compliant, and trusted data to power a next‑generation supply chain.
Who you will work with:
You will collaborate closely with leaders across Global Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other key business partners. You will act as the senior representative for Supply Chain on enterprise‑wide data and AI initiatives, influencing strategy and steering cross‑functional transformation. Your work will empower teams and help accelerate a culture of insight‑driven, AI‑enabled performance.
What you will do :
1. You will shape and drive the global Data, Analytics & AI strategy and multiyear roadmap for Supply Chain.
2. You will be responsible for governing AI, scaling predictive and prescriptive solutions, and embedding industry best practices.
3. You will manage data integrity, data quality, KPI frameworks, governance processes, and a single source of truth for Supply Chain.
4. You will oversee master data management, commercial labelling data operations, reporting services, and analytics delivery.
5. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure data and AI solutions create measurable value across the end‑to‑end Supply Chain.
6. You will develop talent, build capabilities, and foster an insight‑driven, AI‑enabled culture of continuous improvement.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; APICS, CAP, or CDMP certification is considered a strong asset.
8. Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain data and analytics, with deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain.
9. Expertise in data governance, data quality, data modelling, KPI frameworks, and analytics or AI/ML implementation.
10. Experience working with enterprise ERP systems and managing master data, labelling data, and reporting operations.
11. Strong leadership, influencing, and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
12. Growth‑minded, curious, collaborative, and comfortable leading transformation in data‑ and AI‑driven environments.
