Responsibilities
* Shaping, evaluating and driving the company's vision and strategic growth opportunities.
* Taking on the daily management of the company.
* Driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives.
* Optimizing product and service offerings and improving brand positioning.
* Identifying, managing and implementing impactful operational improvements through automation, digitalization and operational excellence initiatives; identifying, assessing and managing the integration of strategic expansion targets.
* Providing regular reports to the Companions team regarding the company's performance and vision, while seeking support when necessary.
